Air Chek is accredited though the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Committee (NELAC) and its National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (NELAP).
According to the US EPA, "The National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Conference (NELAC) is a voluntary association of State and Federal agencies with full opportunity for input from the private sector. NELAC's purpose is to adopt and promote mutually acceptable performance standards for the operation of environmental laboratories. The National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (NELAP) is responsible for the evaluation of the accrediting authority programs."
Air Chek has obtained the primary NELAP accreditation through the New York Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (Lab ID: 11441). By continuing to upgrade our Quality Program, document and meet our quality objectives, and pass our biennial on-site laborotory audits, we should be able to maintain our NELAP accreditation long into the future. This committment to quality will benefit Air Chek, our clients (you), as well as your clients.
