Air Chek Professional Services

Air Chek offers several services to you, which require you to log-in using your Customer ID (CID) and Password. If you have not set up your password and know your CID, download the Password Request Form and fax it to 828-684-8498.

Once you log into your radon-pro account, you will be able to:

• View, download, fax or e-mail your test reports
• Place orders for additional kits (Credit cards need to be on-file with us.)
• Perform recalculations by inserting missing dates/time
• Enter quality control data
• Perform special data entry
• and More

We are in the process of developing new services such as generating quality control reports, adding a profile manager where you can re-set your log-in password or change your personal information such as phone or fax numbers, e-mail address, shipping address, save or edit filed credit cards, etc. Check back for announcements as we complete the new features.
